1. This redemption campaign will officially start on 13th July, 2024, the turnover amount for July 2024 will be automatically calculated into loyalty points for free.
2. This loyalty points redemption campaign available for all games except lottery.
3. The redemption items will be received within two weeks starting from the day your redemption application is approved.
4. All redemption items are only available within Malaysia.
5. Loyalty points will expire if a member has no turnover within 6 months.

7. If the redeemed item has not been received within two weeks, please contact our customer service.
8. Your turnover amount will be automatically updated into loyalty points at 18:00(GMT+8) everyday.
9. Any individual/team/organization suspected of using dishonest or fraudulent means for the purpose of deceiving/abusing the bonus, once verified, Club99 has the right to freeze the related account profits and balances.
